Here at Heirloom Catering for the last 17 years we have made it our mission to source the most local and organic ingredients possible.  During the farming season this means that at least 90% of the produce, dairy and meats at our events are locally grown and cared for. On the summer menus vegetables are served less than 48 hours after harvest.  Our food is artistically made from scratch with love and our menus represent flavors from around the world. It is high on the list of priorities to meet our clients’ individual tastes, preferences, needs, and desires... Which is why we customize every menu!
