The mission of Heirloom Catering is to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers while upholding our belief in sustainable living through local purchasing. All ingredients purchased are as Local and Organic as possible. Purchasing locally and organically benefits our health by decreasing the toxins that our food is exposed to, and by increasing the availability of fresher and Non-GMO ingredients. It also makes the food taste better. Purchasing locally supports the local economy, which in turn helps to secure our open spaces and farmland in the Connecticut and Deerfield River Valleys for us, and for future generations.
