Mindful Eating with Brandi is a mini-course that teaches the basic principles, techniques, and tools to begin your healing journey with food.
The course includes an intake evaluation, a 50 minute zoom call including a grounding meditation, and a 25 minute follow up zoom call. It is designed to bring your awareness to how and why you eat, and thus be able to deeply enjoy your experience and relationship with food in a healthy way. When we are aware, we are in control and that moves us closer to our healthiest selves.
